The defining factor of our business policy is the commitment to quality, with which we ensure the trust and strengthening it of our partners and parties concerned, as well as the establishment of new customer relationships. Meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders, and meeting market requirements encourages our organization to continually improve the quality of our operations. We would like to increase the satisfaction of our customers with fast, accurate service. Our basic goal is for our customers to consider us as a stable, reliable partner, and on this basis we can establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.

The good condition, continuous modernization and development of our equipment, and the provision of appropriate working conditions greatly contribute to the successful operation of our organization. In order to fully implement our quality principles, our management supports the provision of the necessary personal and material conditions to a great extent, so that our employees are able to satisfy the needs of our customers with high-quality, quality-oriented work. Our company's goal is to increase our competitiveness and production capacity by continuously developing and modernizing our services and machines, and to present our high quality services in the international competitive sphere. In order to successfully complete our tasks, quality objectives have been set, which we continuously monitor and regularly review.

By developing our quality management system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, we want to achieve a double goal: on the one hand we want to create regulations, that result in products that meet customer, laws requirements and the expectations of our management; on the other hand we want to understand our partners' needs and increase satisfaction with continuous improvement and effective application of the system.

It is the primary task and responsibility of all employees of our organization to contribute to the satisfaction of our customers, partners and stakeholders through their own work. We expect our employees and representatives to be actively involved in achieving the goals of our organization and in continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system, the successful implementation of which we personally oversee.

The quality policy of VHC Fémtechnika Ltd has been approved by the owner of the organization, it has been known to all employees and is considered mandatory for their work.
